Privacy & Demo Notice

This application is a customized sales demonstration prepared by Beauty Concierge for Hair by Hilary. It is intended to illustrate how an Assistant could support Hilary's booking, follow-up, and client-care workflows.

Not for sensitive information

Please do not submit sensitive information — including full payment details, government identifiers, medical history, or private third-party information — through this demonstration. The Assistant and all forms are for illustrative purposes only.

Simulated integrations

SMS delivery, phone calls, Vagaro booking confirmations, review requests, and payments shown in the demo are simulated. No real messages are sent, no appointments are booked, and no payments are processed unless a production integration is later connected.

Data handling

Demo submissions are stored only as sanitized sample records for demonstration purposes and may be reset at any time. Production use will require a signed agreement and appropriate privacy, consent, and security configuration.

Booking confirmation

Appointments with Hair by Hilary are confirmed only through Vagaro. The Assistant cannot confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments on Hilary's behalf.

Contact
